Saved and Filled with Holy Ghost, at Zion Hill Church of God in Christ.
Called in 1972 to the ministry. Evangelist Howard has traveled various places throughout the United States declaring the Word of God. A lover of his Word She loves declaring “That the Lord is the only one that can heal you, and never leave a scar…The mandate on her life is Isaiah 61;1-3. Evangalist Howard now serves as a member of Blessed Temple Community Church Of God In Christ under the leadership of Pastor Vernon Norris  .

61 The Spirit of the Lord God is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to bring good news to the poor.
He has sent me to heal[a] the brokenhearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives
and freedom to the prisoners;
2 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor,
and the day of our God’s vengeance;
to comfort all who mourn,
3 to provide for those who mourn in Zion;
to give them a crown of beauty instead of ashes,
festive oil instead of mourning,
